1. Our Promise
We stand behind every coaching session, workbook, and masterclass. If you feel the program isn’t right for you, we offer a 100 % money-back guarantee within the first 7 calendar days of the start of the program (“Cooling-Off Period”). No hard feelings, no hoops.

Attend at least one live call AND complete Module 1 workbook, then email us your request.
Short workshops & digital downloads
7 days from purchase
Provide proof you’ve accessed less than 30 % of the material.
1:1 VIP consultations and styling packages
Not refundable once delivered
Reschedules with ≥ 72 hours’ notice are free.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) still applies. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights where services aren’t delivered with due care and skill.
3. How to Claim

Email hello@vanessadiolosa.com with subject line “Refund Request – [[Order #]]”.

Tell us whether you’d like:

A full refund, or
-
A credit toward another Vanessa Diolosa program.

We’ll confirm within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Payment Plans

When you choose a payment plan, you’re committing to the total program fee; instalments are simply a courtesy to help with cash-flow.

If you cancel during the Cooling-Off Period, all instalments paid will be refunded and future ones cancelled.

After the Cooling-Off Period, any unpaid instalments remain due even if you stop attending sessions, unless a statutory ACL remedy applies.
5. Chargebacks & Failed Payments

We reserve the right to suspend program access after 3 failed attempts.

Unresolved chargebacks void this Refund Policy until the dispute is settled.
